You identify authorized decision-makers and confirm permission to use supplied systems, accounts, records and content. Qualified advisers determine legal, tax, privacy, accessibility and other professional requirements. Faith Forge Labs can implement the agreed technical work.

The actual agreement

Confirm scope, price, timing, providers, data handling, testing, acceptance, source code, account ownership and support in writing. Development cannot promise revenue, search positions or regulatory approval.
