Explain the current processUnderstand and agree
Identify the users, tools and recurring problem. Choose a useful first result and agree scope, reviewers, timing, dependencies and a recovery approach.
Build and review
Inspect the work in manageable pieces. Italian content review belongs in the schedule. Test normal use and relevant mistakes, duplicate entries, permissions, interruptions and unavailable providers.
Release and hand over
Check important journeys in the published version. Explain source code, accounts, deployment, documentation, known issues and support so the next maintainer can continue.
