Connect the records without losing their meaning.
Decide which system owns each fact before building the connection between them.
Choose one handover between the systems you already use
A catalogue enquiry may need to become a CRM request; an accepted order may need to reach an approved invoicing or operational service. We assess the actual event, fields and receiving responsibility before promising an integration.
A catalogue-to-office example
A hypothetical Italian supplier uses its own product reference on the website and a different item key in the office system. A connection must preserve that relationship, including a discontinued or unmatched item. Matching by the displayed product name alone may create a plausible but wrong record.
Bring an anonymised ordinary request, a correction and an unmatched reference. Your staff should decide what requires review. Provider documentation, commercial API access and authorised account ownership determine what can actually be implemented.
Make the difficult result visible
A rejected field, delayed reply or repeated delivery needs an agreed outcome. The operator should know whether a new record was created, an existing record changed or a person needs to intervene. Secrets belong in controlled configuration rather than documentation or a contact message.
We can develop the supported exchange and the operational checks included in scope. The handover explains who owns the source fields and how to investigate a failure. If an invoicing decision is involved, your accounting owner and actual provider define it. Describe the record that needs to move, with public documentation where available.
