Websites, catalogues & useful systems

Explain the business before asking for the enquiry.

Help people understand what you do, who it fits and what to send you next.

Give a buyer a reason to continue after the first introduction

A website for an Italy-based manufacturer may be opened after a trade conversation, a supplier referral or a link in a quotation. The visitor already has a little context. They need to establish whether the business handles their kind of request and which information will help the next conversation.

We can organise the offer, product or service introductions, approved proof and enquiry routes around those questions. The page structure should reflect the actual range rather than produce a separate near-identical page for every location.

A labelled planning example

Consider a hypothetical workshop supplying bespoke fittings to Italian and overseas buyers. Its website could separate standard items from made-to-order work, show approved material options and explain which dimensions are needed for an initial assessment. Photographs can show the workshop's own work only when the business has approved their use; an illustrative image must not become a fabricated client project.

Decide what the visitor can understand in each language

If Italian and English are required, agree the buying questions covered by both versions. Review the enquiry instructions and technical terms with your nominated people. An English product introduction should not lead to an unexplained Italian-only form.

We include the agreed design, development, editable content and migration work. At review, ask a new visitor to identify the appropriate route and explain what they would send. A public address and two repeated customer questions are useful material for the first discussion.
