Make a request feel different from a confirmed booking.

A useful booking journey tells the visitor what has happened and what still needs a decision.

Decide who can promise the time

An appointment calendar and a request for a group visit do not necessarily offer the same level of certainty. We design a booking or enquiry website around the person or system that can actually confirm the arrangement.

A hypothetical visit request

An organisation in Italy offers visits that need a staff member to check the requested language, group size and available host. A useful first version can collect those details, acknowledge the request and explain that confirmation follows a review. It should not display a completed-booking message simply because the form arrived.

The Italian and English journeys need equivalent expectations. Date labels, number of visitors and any message about the next response should be reviewed together. When a scheduled time is involved, establish the intended local zone—such as Europe/Rome for the relevant appointment—instead of relying on a visitor's device setting.

Plan the changed request

Choose who handles a different date, a revised party size or a period when requests are not being reviewed. A customer needs a clear route to correct information. Staff need a record that distinguishes the original request from the current decision.

We can build the agreed visitor flow, receiving view and supported provider connections. Deposits, cancellation terms and other commercial conditions require your approved rules. Tell us what can be confirmed immediately and what still requires a person, so the website gives an honest account of the service.
